On exercises like cable lateral raises I’ll wrap it around a handle and ball up my fist creating a wrist cuff. Feels amazing for shoulder exercises.
i just bought the cheap tedius ones today. not used any before. so will try tomorrow wrapping round twice seems annoying, can u wrap them just once and have them dangle or just snip them, then they be cheap and none tedius
The issue im having with straps is that they mess up with my breathing. I have to take a deep breath while hinging at the hips. I need a solution where I can breathe while standing up, quickly get in position, and lift. I saw hook grips, but they have 500 lb limit.
Hot in my figure 8’s from Gymreapers last month, they are my go to straps from now on. I’ve used every type except Versagrip types and the 8’s by far are my favorite.
