    That’s the hardest thing about veganism actually getting enough protein and nutrients but I got real skinny but also built muscle really fast

    It looks so good. Only thing for me – even though I am still obese. Processed foods I am trying to keep out of my diet. As far as her losing weight gosh lol shes working out quite a bit.
