Trying Pre-Workout for the FIRST Time | Women's Best Pre-Workout

Welcome to my channel! I post EVERY WEDNESDAY (sometimes more), and would love if you subscribed to see the growth.

SO! As mentioned I took a full scoop of this pre-workout a couple of days after filming this video and the TINGLES!!! It went from my ears to whole face and I also felt it in my legs, but to me it felt great! I felt ready to workout (doing strength training). I was still able to sleep well and didn’t feel any tingling past the point of finishing my workout. Most recently I took a full scoop before cardio (again) and I find that during cardio I do not feel as great of an effect (besides elevated heart rate)…but I also am trying to learn to like running, so it may be mental. I will say the sense of focus when I have taken this pre-workout is great. Currently I am not taking it for every workout or everyday.
