– Deadlift (core)
– Military press
– Biceps pulldown (better than biceps curl for strength)
– Front squats (for more quadriceps stress)
– Barbell row
– Bench press with plate (close or medium grip)
– Upright row
– Leg press
– Bent knee sit-ups (for abs)
Possible to do a routine with thèse 10 exercice please on week

This probably one of the best workout videos I have ever seen.
Exercises like the squat with a lot of weight on your shoulders will make your spine collapse when you’re older and you’ll shrink about 4 in between the shoulders and the hips.
This is easily the best workout video on YT, ever. 10/10

I do dumbbells workout when bench is fully down, can’t transform ur body if ur mindset is not transformed meaning ur mindset should be focused on your work every single time you workout , wether you doing cardio , aerobics , running or other workouts u need ur mindset to be focused on those workouts and if it is you will get better more enjoyable workouts for sure.
If over 50-60, pass on Deadlifts, bar bent over rows, and Bar Bench pressing and move to Dumbbells. Less chance of injuries.
