    Say for example,

Can a person use both the Forever Living iVision supplement and Arctic Sea Supplement at the same time? Not just together ⏰, but in the same routine—Is it okay to combine them?

I get so confused with vitamins and minerals. Can you suggest a vitamin supplement that a women at age 67 should be taking? There are soooo many vitamins out there it can make your head spin. I do eat organic and grass fed meat, grass fed dairy products as well. Years back while going through a divorce (2007) I was going to a endocrinologist and he said I had thyroid cancer and was rushed to have it removed. After the having it removed and just inquiring again about what type of cancer, he said I didn’t have cancer but needed to remove to dissect to see. Now on medication for the rest of my life. I want to be healthy even at my age and feel that even though I eat healthy, I’m still needing help with where I am lacking in vitamins and minerals. I actually made my own calcium capsules out of my organic pastured raised egg shells. Being on Medicare, going to a functional or naturopathic doctor cost an arm and a leg, both of which I need. Your expertise in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Why don’t they teach healthy living in schools from the 1st grade on????? Thank you Sam
