Hands down my favorite stack: 5000mgs taurine, 6000mgs glycine, 1000mgs theanine (split three times a day), 600mgs ksm-66 and 5mgs boron citrate. I hate seeing creatine on here for all athletes as creatine can and is more than likely worse for you as an elite level endurance athlete.
The question that always cross my mind even while I work out, natural though, is why? What’s these muscles going to do. Not even power and strength, The extreme bulking looks odd. I wish there was no this kind of pressure to pursue unreal vanities. We’d all just endeavour to stay fit and healthy
