  8. @RemyNiemand on August 30, 2025 at 8:42 am

Stay away from expensive supplements. It is all placebos. Eat properly and take low doses of T, Anavar and Deca. Bottom line. Real results guaranteed.

BCAAs more important than collagen, especially if you’re already on whey protein. There’s research out there that there’s nothing special about collagen supplements (it’s just protein)

The best way to get nutrition. nutrition ivs and nutrition injections myers cocktail iv, nad+iv, vitamin d injection, gluadathione iv and coq10 injection. way better then supplements. they been aroundd since the 1950s and thats what pro athletes and rich people use year round to stay healthy. only take a good liquid fish oil. and get a functional medicine md to do thorough nutrition blood test reg drs wount do that and they know optimal levels reg drs dont

Hands down my favorite stack: 5000mgs taurine, 6000mgs glycine, 1000mgs theanine (split three times a day), 600mgs ksm-66 and 5mgs boron citrate. A 17 year old endurance athlete with asthma and I rely on this stack for symptom relief and quality of life but I find it to give a genuine competitive edge.

  49. @hallmorrison on August 30, 2025 at 9:28 am

The question that always cross my mind even while I work out, natural though, is why? What’s these muscles going to do. Not even power and strength, The extreme bulking looks odd. I wish there was no this kind of pressure to pursue unreal vanities. We’d all just endeavour to stay fit and healthy
