    What is it shes watching, I need a workout/weignts routine, Im not overweight tho Im underweight, somebody PLEASE help, Im lost on the internet with too many to choose from, I just want to find one that actually works for me 😊

Wish your videos had been around for *my* post-pregnancy, but SO glad they’re here for my menopausal years…I was a fitness coach & trainer & group fitness instructor for years after that pregnancy, and you have built a *great* & customizable program so that women can GET FIT and STAY FIT for life.     Honestly i dont workout alot because i hate the feeling of sweat dribbling off ur body,i really want to workout more and be consistent but this thing give me sensory overload,feel free to advice me ways to overcome it

    I started on april 12th and already no belly and a major difference on the glutes..i have done other videos but til now only define with yours
    Your pace and style is perfect for me.i used yo be a dancer so i fit right in..i started out with 150lbs waiting for 1 month mark toweigh away but def see huge differences..thank you so much

    But which videos do I do? I workout 5 days a week 2 rest days I need to grow my butt back! Loose back fat, lower c section belly fat, inner thigh area, and I have hip dips someone please direct me to which grow with jo videos I can do on a daily!!
