    I canโ€™t believe i have to explain this but the the top half and the bottom half of the guy are from different people, itโ€™s edited, itโ€™s a skit. If you look closely to the area where his legs connect to the rest of the body, you can see they used some sort of a clipping mask

    Deadlifts and squats are so satisfying. And for upper body all you need is pushups, dips, pullups and some heavy overhead presses.

    Everything else is a waste of time.
