    I like this but protein powder is like 50.00 for 3 lbs. I was buying 5 lbs for 40.00. It’s becoming too much money to stay in shape. Now that i have stage 3 cancer. Cotoided arterie disease, HAIC of 8.1, it cost whay to much. But God bless everyone who can afford to be healthy!

    Eat chicken thighs with the skin. Buy fresh produce. Learn how to cook rice. Protein shakes are trash. Eat real protein. Where’s your eggs? Bananas aren’t great for weight loss.

    I lost 202lbs natually 358lbs and went down to 156lbs…

    Life happened, and I gained some, but simce January 2025, I lost 33 lbs and a total of 136 lbs. I am still at it, y’all.
