Some days, I just wake up and feel like I don’t want to be alive. Like I’ve completely lost hope in life. I grab my phone, open Instagram, scroll for hours… and by the end of the day, I look at myself and realize I feel even more hopeless than before.
But if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that I need rest days. I don’t have to be perfect all the time. Some days, I just need to go to my friend’s place and talk. I don’t need to study, work, or make the day super productive.
Some days, I just need to take care of me. I feel deeply regretful for realizing this so late, but the book The Silent Feminine Power by Lana Cressel opened my eyes to everything about inner peace, glow up and feminine energy.

Parmesan Cheese Ice Cream
6 eggs
1/2-pint syrup
1-pint cream
3oz Parmesan Cheese
Allow all ingredients to come to room temperature before proceeding. Whisk eggs into a small saucepan until smooth. Add cream and syrup and whisk to combine. Set the saucepan over medium to low heat and stir continuously to prevent clumping or burning. The mixture will begin to thicken into a custard after 10-15 minutes. Remove it from the heat when it reaches 170 degrees F or 76 degrees C. Remove from heat and whisk in parmesan cheese until melted into custard. Pour custard through a sieve into a clean bowl and let cool to room temperature or colder in a refrigerator. Once cold pour into an ice cream maker. Store in freezer for harder ice cream.

Everybody has abs. But if you want to have visible abs, you need to first be fit and then lose weight. Men need about at most a 10% to 13% body fat, women need about at most 14% to 17%, Body fat lower than 10% for men and 14% for women is not healthy for most people. The only way to lose weight is with a caloric deficit. Fad diets are BS. The only thing important when dieting is to make sure calories in are less than calories out and your meals are balanced and nutritious.
