    This is true my friend went on a low carb diet she lost 35 pounds and was really happy but it was a diet not a lifestyle change so when she got off that diet, she ended up gaining 50 pounds back

    No it isn’t liar 😑Telling people to cut out carbs is bullshit…..Put yourself in a calorie deficit and you’ll lose weight just as fast. I’ve eaten bananas bread and potatoes in my diet while also being in a calorie deficit…..And I managed to lose 2-3 pounds a week consistently…..I’m 0ver 60+ pounds lost in 5 months

    I feel like it’s less about cutting out carbs and more about cutting out simple and processed carbs/sugars. When I don’t intake these things, I feel way lighter and more energized and less bloated. Natural carbs in grains and vegetables feel great but the spike in insulin, Candida flares, and inflammation from processed wheat and sugar is a big drag when trying to get healthy.

    This week, I cut out most grains from my diet. I stopped eating rice and wheat bread. The only grain I eat is oatmeal in the morning. I get most of my carbs from fruits and veggies. After this single week, I feel way less bloated and overall lighter. Currently, for breakfast, I drink a smoothie that is made of green grapes, granny smith apple, spinach, oatmeal, and Greek yogurt. For lunch, I have a spinach chicken salad with a side of blueberries. For dinner, I eat chicken, mixed veggies, and cherries. I’m down 120 lbs. Went from 270 lbs to 150 lbs. I feel great.

    Lmao, this is dumb, if you struggle to gain weight, you must take in carbs, in you struggle to lose weight you must eliminate carbs, it’s science and proven. Obviously exercising works wonders, live like a regular American everyday and work out once in awhile with carbs in your diet, you will not lose the weight.

    What is important to note is that many people eat wheat, corn, or similar all day long. At breakfast, lunch, and dinner… For this kind of person not eating as much carbs would make a huge difference.

    He’s dead wrong on this one. Zero carb is the fastest way to lose weight but the only problem is once you lose the fat, you can never go back to eating a full on carb diet otherwise you’ll put it all back on again but zero carbs definitely works better than starvation diets….much better.

    First of all, the reason keto is so effective is that ketone bodies makes you feel fuller so you naturally eat in a deficit. Yes, it is not a faster way because it all depends on your caloric deficit, keto or not. The reason many people fail a normal diet is because they feel hungry and miserable and then they give up. I’ve been consistently dropping weight each month now since January on keto and I don’t feel hungry or without energy compared to the numerous times where I tried to just cut calories normally. Lost 12 kg so far where 2kg where water weight the first week. People at school have been commenting on my weight loss too on multiple occasions now. It really is effective when you make your body burn fat instead of glukose primarily.
