I found myself thrown off by the fact that you stopped if your class didn’t count or seemed off a step. I am not into stopping so you can educate your class. As a viewer it is beyond distracting. Wrong and strong especially in a large class of various levels.

I finish the entire workout with great confidence let me tell I feel like I burned 20 million calories doing that but 10/10 I would recommend during the 40 minute mark I almost gave up but I would be disappointed so I finished great workout i will update yall on my journey I’m now 160 pounds
