    Nobody ever talk about what he did. Like how did he execute that because I don’t hear 100 LBS in 40 days. I’ve heard 30,40,50 pounds but 100 he must have done something in addition to just water fasting

    I’m on Day 6 of a 21 day fast. I plan on doing three 21 day fasts between now and Thanksgiving. Started at 292 at around 35% body fat. That means i have around 100 pounds of fat on this body. I need to get rid of 80 of them. If you wanna change your life. . .you gotta change your life!

    The human body can go for long periods of time without food just as long as you stay hydrated if I’m not mistaken a man from Ireland fasted for like 386 days and lost 200+ pounds

    Just finished a 17 day water fast. I sleep better & breathe better. Allergies/hayfever on a scale of 1 – 10 (10 being bad) before fast was a 9….after 17 day fast, is at a 2. Had a few aches & pains disappear. Scalp itch gone. Eyes were usually red & itchy, that’s gone. My natural electrolyte drink every morning: 8 oz. filtered water, add juice of a real lemon, add juice of a real lime, 2 or 3 dashes of Redmond Real Salt to taste. Use a straw to drink. I’ve done 4 & 5 day water fasts in the past. I needed a GOOD cleansing & reset. Going to do a 21 day water fast in a few months.

    It works for me but after that I get hospitalized for low blood .. I forget I have anemia problem so it took 3weeks to recover 5bags of blood .. and I’m back .. I lost 10kg anyways 😂😂😂😂

    For anyone considering this, here’s what you have to know – during the 7 days, your body will be burning fat for energy.

    The problem is that if you have a typical diet, your body is not adjusted for burning fat.

    So what you have to do is make the adjustment before you start fasting.

    You can do this by eating a high fat, low carb diet (i.e. keto) for 3 days leading up to your fast. Now your body is ready.

    When you start, make sure you have a gallon of electrolyte drink ready to go. Regularly chug and 7 days will fly by.

    You cant beat Jesus fasting days (40) because it was God in human form but he was the son of God who died for our sins as flesh and spiritual scrafice..but anyone else who isnt fasting for Gods purpose is just in invain and will fall into sin again but..if you dont believe in God&Jesus and Holy spirit by fasting youre already doing a christian practice that one day will get you saved Amen

    This will find whoever needs it.
    1. Spring water is recommended for fasting not regular purified.
    2. Oranges and grapes spike blood levels when they are juiced. The skin helps slow down the release of the sugar when eaten. It’s better to eat them if you feel problems.
    3. When you fast I recommend staying busy with productive tasks. You’ll naturally want to be productive after around day 2-4.
    4. Don’t watch ANYTHING with advertisements. You’ll notice almost all ads are for food. This will program you to want to eat. Making the fast 20x harder.
    5. Take baby steps, Unless you had a health scare it’s a task to do very long fasts. Start with 3 days then move from there. Don’t count the days make the days count.
