The FAST RB aren’t banned because they are fast. They are actually super slow because they are so heavy. They are banned because they have multiple carbon plates and the stack height is too high. That doesn’t actually make them fast. Try the newer FAST R3 shoes. Those are actually fast and also race legal.
This guys are doing a disservice to the running community . If you rely on super tennis not having the proper musculature and mobility you are setting your self to terrible calf and hamstring injuries.
Brooks has one good shoe which is Glycerin Max which is expensive. Everything else is just alright. New Balance, ASICS, Hoka, and Puma are the way to go!
