    The issue isn’t specifically caffeine, its the things they add to it that potentiate it. Gaurana, for example. But like mike said, it depends on the person.

    Caffeine is not the only ingredient in pre workout. Half the ppl think they need pre workout when they really need to just warm up before going heavy

    The first time I took pre-workout my face and chest turned red as a tomato and my whole body tingled so much it became itchy. I ended up just doing like 3/4 the amount it said the next time and it worked as it was supposed to.

    I know people who drink 5 or 6 cups of coffee per day……they tell me that my Pre will kill me at 300mgs lol…
    on Non-workout days they tell me my White Monster will kill me lol my resting heart rate is 55 hahaha

    Trying caffeine pills 1st time today. ChatGPT convinced me to take 600mg. 10 minutes later mike says 550mg will put him in the hospital. Yea idk what happens now…

    Might not be unhealthy but it’s completely unnecessary. Fix your sleep and diet and you won’t need it.

    My body is extremely caffeine sensitive. I had a C4 one time and had a full blown panic attack. I felt like I could run a marathon but my heart rate was literally over double what it should be. It was terrifying

    At body weight of 205lbs, Google says I can have up to 650mg a day without issue. I generally stay between 300-500mg/day with no issues. Even my doctor said it’s not problem.

    My grandma saw that a 14 yearold 140lb boy drank a 200MG energy drink and had a heart atack or something like that now she keeps freaking out about my consumption of it…… Im 18 almost 200lbs

    I only consume caffeine taking pre workout since I don’t drink pop or coffee. So I’m never worried about the caffeine intake.

    Working on a casino kitchen at nightshift that closes 12 and we get to go home 2 in the morning, gives you a really good tolerance to caffeine.

    But what about all the other stuff thats in them like Beta Alanine, Arginine, Citrulline, Glutamine, etc plus the flavorings that make it taste like green apple or blue raspberry and then a lot of them are super acidic with citric acid and malic acid. When i take them early in the morning on an empty stomach feels like they burn my teeth and stomach cant be good for the microbiome

    Pwo didn’t work for me at all. Sure I got a huge pump, but my heart rate skyrocketed and it just felt kinda unnatural. Stopped taking it after a while and most likely won’t ever take again. Plus caffeine fucks up my sleep pretty badly

    300mg per dose is the max in my opinion. I work in an office job, and I see people drink C4 so they can sit down all day. Now that may not be great for you.

    I used to use bucked up at night after work and I would have some very intense sessions at the gym and felt great but afterwards i couldn’t sleep at all so I would take malatonin but don’t think that’s a good idea. It’s mixing uppers and downers type shit

    As a person with ADHD and PMDD, caffeine makes me feel sick. I take Vyvanse for my ADHD.

    I drink 2 cups of coffee typically on a daily basis, instant coffee (not espresso though) and the second doesn’t get after 14:00-15:30 (the latest). I did have issues with caffeine younger, learned the hard way. People have to consider that anhydrous caffeine is also more intense than regular coffee.

    I’ve always been of the opinin of just go with something thats naturally available. 2 bananas is such a good way to go. Also the, ‘I can only lift this much if I take preworkout’ like what
