Plant based is meaningless and meant to attract people who see it as a diet or a trend. “Plant based” supposedly means mostly plants but it can be full of animal ingredients. There is not industry rules for the term “plant based.”

I went vegan and got fatter because I didn’t realize most of fake this and that is worse than the real animal food. I’m getting better every week. I read and research ChatGPT every ingredients now.

  5. @chuchuXoXo5051 on July 16, 2025 at 5:09 am

For americans your problem is not plant or carnivore diet. Your peoblem is you eat crap. In my country when I go but beef today I can assure you 100% that cow was slaughtered that day and is greass fed. When I buy veggies I can assure you they are fresh veggies. I did vegan for 21 days everything changed because I was getting freshest foods

  6. @tedcleveland8488 on July 16, 2025 at 5:09 am

Nothing scary than seeing a plant based meat 😂🤪

  7. @jaylamplighter3493 on July 16, 2025 at 5:10 am

Maybe 2 percent of the entire world population is fully plant based or vegan. Most people eat meat and have defincies and health issues. Everyone fighting back against the vegans is just silly. Go eat your carnivore diet, cause thats the real answer now. If you know where your food comes from and you are ok with your food choices and make the best choice for yourself, shut up and eat. Our ancestors did not meet their dail macro and micro nutrient needs. Be grateful you have any choice at all. It’s a privilege that will not last forever.

What a dumb thing to say.

  12. @tessatierney1840 on July 16, 2025 at 5:13 am

Veganism is the only way. It is healthier, meat increases your chance of diabetes and cancer. I’ve never had health issues from being vegan.

  13. @davidmontoya6672 on July 16, 2025 at 5:13 am

    As a silly vegan, 😊

I am in no place to question this doctor

I actually agree with what he says however I still think being on my vegan diet which is primarily me cooking has been more healthier than the accessible quick and easy fast food and unhealthy average meat from stores that was accessible to average people in America, perhaps in other areas?

Both of us have unhealthy basic versions of our diet preferences it is up to each individual to maintain themselves.

I appreciate him being a dr. I hate this vegan dr vs carnivore dr bs. A Dr should be a Dr. Unbiased, str8 facts, how does that make sense?

  14. @truegamer2819 on July 16, 2025 at 5:15 am

  15. @JayStyles-c1i on July 16, 2025 at 5:16 am

Animal consumers, have you ever contemplated the ingredients of meat, milk, eggs?
Here are a few: Antibiotic residues, pus, heavy metals like: lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium, synthetic hormones, natural hormones, drug residues, cholesterol, saturated fat, Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, Campylobacter, Clostridium, dioxins, PCBs, pesticides, pathogens, and zoonotic bacteria.

Compare with plant-based food-products and then come into conclusion by yourself.

  20. @Bethesda-angel on July 16, 2025 at 5:22 am

Fresh fruits and veggies don’t have labels.

  21. @patricknoel9096 on July 16, 2025 at 5:27 am

Germ. Culture, cultivation process. Three easy loopholes for better vegan bugism to try to help this vegan concept I go stiff? That’s not normal after three months then go into a temperature change and go into shock in a direct provable sideffect due to sustainable adaptation. Scary. Your going to have some medical bills eggs don’t become fauna again a level of life that’s sub ecosystem in unity. Birds and squirrels are in that list so are bugs. I’m going to have eggnog milk cheese and a roast . Be safe

  22. @Glowuphealth-l9y2l on July 16, 2025 at 5:28 am

It’s plant-based—plant as in factory, not plant as in something you grow in a garden

  23. @Ihavenobirthrecord on July 16, 2025 at 5:29 am

plant based means it’s not all plants or else you wouldn’t have to say it’s the base….

  24. @UG4918 on July 16, 2025 at 5:31 am

ACCORDING TO YOU, WHAT DO U EAT ?

  25. @jacindaannette on July 16, 2025 at 5:33 am

Misleading headline – a plant based diet is healthy, plant based PRODUCTS can def be fucked

  26. @maryann_realestate on July 16, 2025 at 5:33 am

While plant based can be misleading. If it is a suggestion that plant based is less healthy than animal based. Most if not all people around my age have health issues, the only health issue i had is degenerative disc disease and was told i would need surgery by 35. I removed dairy from my diet (i was vegetarian at the time) and not only did i not need surgery, i came off my gabapentin and have very few occasional symptoms and im 47. Changing to a plant based diet would eradicate many peoples health issues.

  27. @DoctorRevers on July 16, 2025 at 5:33 am

Eat food without labels. Fresh fruits and vegetables. It’s not that hard.

  28. @EbonyWhiteFITNESS on July 16, 2025 at 5:35 am

You don’t have an Exedrin deficiency. Lol

  29. @focusonjesus4041 on July 16, 2025 at 5:40 am

    Read the labels

  30. @AnnaWei-z4u on July 16, 2025 at 5:40 am

Absolutely and the ingredients are in such fine print that it’s difficult to read what it consists of! The best thing is for everyone to buy Whole Foods and prepare it on your own! Not realistic for most families.

Believe me I get it. We don’t always have the time or energy to make dinner every single night, even when one go out for dinner, you have to be cognizant of how that dish was made and most likely, they used seed oils, not organic & we are paying a arm & leg for it & tip on top.

THANK YOU DR BOBBY PRICE. GOD BLESS YOU.

  32. @chiressewhite5195 on July 16, 2025 at 5:41 am

We always think someone’s out to get us. My mom is 87 years old and eats anything from Meat, sweets, bread, fat back, etc…lol. She must be an exception to the rules. Her mind is sharp, she drives, volunteers. I’m sure most of this is the goodness of the Lord which is beyond the diet.

  33. @Mookie2345 on July 16, 2025 at 5:42 am

Well, this clip is misleading too because you got people thinking that they’re going to the market and getting freight fruits and vegetables when you should be saying basically stop getting this process plant based food beyond me and all that stuff just eat the vegetables the way they come, but this is misleading too

  34. @jj-bp3fr on July 16, 2025 at 5:43 am

Wow, humanity has gone so ignorant amd backwards, its a sign of the end of times. When whats good dor us suddenly is bad and when bad goes good. I stick with vegetables, no airhead will convert me to think otherwise and no one will convince me we need to kill animals to survive.

  38. @SevenEllen3 on July 16, 2025 at 5:47 am

This is one confused and confusing message. If he’s talking about processed foods when he’s saying half of what’s in these products aren’t plants, don’t show images of wholefoods. Duh!

Are seedless grapes and watermelon considered to be "plant-based"? I don’t think so 🤔. My friend also has noticed that seeded fruits are harder to find and actually more expensive
    😮😮😮

  44. @johnkelly9451 on July 16, 2025 at 5:51 am

Labels should be clear and not deceptive. Even citric acid is synthetic now. It should be labeled "S-citric acid" for synthetic citric acid. Oil cheese should be labeled " artificial cheese". On and on. -John’s wife

  50. @Eatmorepaper on July 16, 2025 at 5:57 am

Its incredibly irresponsible to frame this the way you did. Not ALL plant based food is healthy, but regardless when you look at processed foods, reducing animal products in turn reducing saturated fat and cholesterol it is healthier than the alternative. Plus there are so many vegan alternatives that are healthy, dont state they are all bad when thats simply misinformation. I know this is what you are saying, but most people dont, so use your words intentionally
