I eat a can of ‘cod liver’ once a week. Jammed packed with DHA and EPA.

  3. @robwakefield4699 on August 19, 2025 at 7:27 am

    Right let’s get into it.
There are 9 essential amino acids not 8. And very few people (other than the severely chronically ill) will be deficient in them. So augmenting any single amino acid is very rarely if ever beneficial.

Loved the part on skipping unnecessary supplements. Keeping it basic with brands like LyfeFuel helps me focus on what matters most.

You might want to inform your viewers to never fly with Baja salt. Today I missed my flight because upon scanning my bag they said they had to check it. Upon finding and testing the salt they said it contained hadzarous material. I ended up leaving without the salt and missed my flight.

  8. @tsukubai081808 on August 19, 2025 at 7:34 am

Omega 3 – Canned Sardines. I’m beginning to think that we don’t need ANY ‘supplements’ if we simply eat the right whole foods. Makes you wonder if all these ‘health’ videos are just out to sell products. (also, the feminine leg crossing is quite distracting). 😉

Brecka has a BS in biology. No medical or chiropractic degree. No PhD. Why would you take health advice from him or his company?

  13. @JasonKeane-d5j on August 19, 2025 at 7:38 am

wow. First off there are 9 essential amino acids for adults and children, 11 if counting babies. Not 8. Secondly, eating whole animal based proteins, and some plant proteins, breaks down into all 9 essential acids. Finally, we are not amino acid deficient. If we were, we would have giant bloated bellies.
    This man is a charlatan.

  14. @riseup3117 on August 19, 2025 at 7:39 am

  25. @liamc7097 on August 19, 2025 at 7:48 am

So he doesn’t take all 20 amino acids only 8?

  26. @cgatito3528 on August 19, 2025 at 7:48 am

a pound of baja gold is $20 and might last a month or two. I don’t know why he keeps saying a $5 bag of salt will last you five years. Five years of baja gold will be several thousand dollars not $5.

  27. @liamc7097 on August 19, 2025 at 7:50 am

    He thinks everyone should take:

8 essential amino acids (not just eat protein)

Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA)
Mineral salts (e.g Baja gold) half a teaspoon in 8oz water every morning

    He thinks everyone should do:

    Genetic methylation test
Blood work (glycemic control, hormone balance, nutrient deficiencies)

He says this should be enough for most people to cover all the basics and thus any deficiencies, you don’t need to chase all the exotic and new supplements.

  28. @lvl18abilities on August 19, 2025 at 7:50 am

1:07 INCORRECT. YES TAKING COLLAGEN WILL HELP YOU PRODUCE MORE COLLAGEN BECAUSE YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM WILL ABOSORB DI AND EVEN TRI PEPTIDES SO NO, TAKING JUST PROTEIN ISN’T THE SAME AS TAKING COLLAGEN. THATS WHY BURN PATIENTS HAVE BETTER REGENERATION RESPONSE FROM TAKIGN COLLAGEN.

I went to his website. If I only need 3 things. Mineralized salt, omega 3 fatty acids and amino acids, then how come he’s selling all kinds of different products. Makes me wonder. Check out his website and products.

  32. @BrianaStones on August 19, 2025 at 7:53 am

Interesting insights about amino acids being the real MVPs for skin health. Switching to plant-based options like LyfeFuel has made a noticeable difference for me.

    1. every day, if you are 35+ or dieting or have a poor diet, you can take: vitamin d3+k2 4000, undevit (11 vitamins, B all, A, C, E, P), magnesium (citrate, for example) 400 mg, omega3 2 g, ginko biloba 80 mg
    2. meals, 3 times a day, better to eat at the same time, without snacks, do not eat 3 hours before bedtime, chew food well 30 times. do not be distracted by the phone or TV
    3. measure once the amount of calories, fats, proteins, fiber in your diet, it should be 1500-80-80-30 per day or similar, often you do not get enough proteins and fiber
    4. stool is preferably once a day, if not, increase fiber (vegetables, greens, fruits). this is the most correct detox. Good gastrointestinal function is the most important thing
    5. exclude alcohol, smoking, sugar, flour (rolls, white bread)
    6. check for parasites in the small intestine or preventive treatment every six months (because of this, vitamin and mineral deficiencies)
    7. drink hot water during the day, stimulates the secretion of bile (for the absorption of fats)
    8. monitor the sugar and salt content in foods, often implicit in the content (juices, yogurts, sausages, sausages, for example)
    9. a glass of warm water in the morning before meals (starts the digestive system)
    10. eat fermented food at least once a day (e.g. a spoonful of sauerkraut, it is probiotics)
11.six-monthly tests, monitor iron, vitamins b1, b6, b9, b12, d3, sugar, zinc, cholesterol, thyroid, infection, especially for vegetarians
12.10 minutes a day of deep abdominal breathing (diaphragm movement) 8s inhale, 8s hold, 8s exhale, 8s hold
    13. before going to bed, raise your legs above your head for 10 minutes (also an aid for varicose veins)
14.long walks for 2-3 hours at least once a week (lymphatic circulation)
15.if you need to cope with depression, you can drink 5-htp
16.if you work at the computer and your vision is deteriorating, then every hour exercise “blood pump”, blood to the head increases (also an aid for varicose veins)
    17. make it a way of life, not a temporary remedy. in 2 years you will achieve results, because diets can be very unbalancing and confusing for a person
    18. it is advisable to go to bed at 22 and wake up at 6 on weekdays and weekends, good sleep is very important
19.it is desirable to do light warm-up every hour, for example, squats (it is for blood vessels)
    20. men over 40 should take prostamol uno every six months (natural ingredients)
    21. there are natural supplements: milk thistle meal (liver), flaxseed oil (omega 3), garlic (allicin), walnut (brain), pumpkin seeds (libido), sunflower seeds (vit b9)
    22. These recommendations will help to reduce weight, improve psycho-emotional state, prevent heart and autoimmune diseases

Good info, but note black seed oil is not a good source of EPA and DHA. If you are vegan and want DHA and EPA, get them from algae. Flaxseed and chia provide ALA, which the body can convert to DHA and EPA, but this pathway is not always efficient.
