If you asked doctors they’ll more than likely try to convince you to no take non prescription supplements or meds. Because they don’t get paid.

  4. @GrandRising313 on April 5, 2025 at 8:46 pm

This herb is definitely amazing, it does however from my research increase testosterone in women that use it ao id be cautious of that. But otherwise i feel like it is worth trying and i really feel like it could also help people stop smoking weed actually. I believe in it that much.

*Herb used for ages as an anti-depressant and emotional regulation*

  9. @Nels_Bells on April 5, 2025 at 8:52 pm

People are so dumb. Thank you for emphazing "Trend". Ashwaganda almost killed me. My liver is almost back up to 86% functioning and my bleeding (nonclotting) problems are starting to also get better.

Don’t take it if you had vertigo I’m warning you

  11. @emmaivy586 on April 5, 2025 at 8:53 pm

Not trusting everything that is fda approved. Big pharma in my opinion do not want ppl knowing about these types of things because it will ruin their profits

  12. @showthewheyfitness on April 5, 2025 at 8:55 pm

    This is cringe

  13. @xomiamarieox on April 5, 2025 at 8:55 pm

Nice, big pharma doing what they do 😂always and attack on homeopathic remedies. I also find it funny that this country wants to use the words “not regulated by the FDA”. Nothing is “regulated by the FDA. They are under regulated and don’t have enough staff to properly regulate anything. There’s something called GRAS that people aren’t fully aware of. Companies regulate themselves “generally recognized as safe”. We are told to trust the experts, the experts are trusting the companies to self regulate and when us as consumers question the products we are told to trust the experts! lol yeah. I’m good.

  14. @名字はい on April 5, 2025 at 8:56 pm

Thanks for the warnings! Any such warning by bought-and-paid-for imbeciles in corporate media is all the endorsement people need to use the substance/therapy to benefit their health.

  15. @rudestbeast4907 on April 5, 2025 at 8:57 pm

"talk with doctor about any supplements" -he replies with blank stares before writing a refill for anti psychotic

  16. @lrmclinn on April 5, 2025 at 8:58 pm

"Nausea, dizziness, sleepiness, vomiting, liver or thyroid disfunction" yeah sounds about right when you’re popping nightshade pills 😂

  17. @undergroundcivic on April 5, 2025 at 8:59 pm

Well doctors don’t want to loose business they don’t want any herbal taking over so they have to come up with some bad news 😂 medicine over time deteriorates health

  18. @DanK-x1y on April 5, 2025 at 8:59 pm

I started using it for a week I love it seriously it makes me feel just as good as my depression medicine it makes me feel like I want to speak more and think clearly get better quality of sleep and I mean my Johnson is not longer but it’s thicker and fuller

  19. @sychophantt on April 5, 2025 at 9:01 pm

  20. @isaacrodriguez168 on April 5, 2025 at 9:06 pm

Ask a doctor 😂 yeah right . They dont know anything but what the went to school for or what they’ve heard.

  21. @tom28341 on April 5, 2025 at 9:06 pm

Can be very helpful but is also very dangerous for certain people. Only take as a last resort AND definitely cycle it, do not take it long term! trust me

  22. @irisocanas838 on April 5, 2025 at 9:06 pm

This can be hard in the liver and gallbladder, not because is natural is no going to have side effects, is no joke. I’m not a doctor. I tried because I suffer from Inmsonia. I took
Ashwaganda last nigh, it does get you drowsiness. I’m still drowsy.

  23. @adogcalledkat9858 on April 5, 2025 at 9:07 pm

If the pharmaceutical companies were cashing in on it then it would be highly recommended.

  24. @OLCtv on April 5, 2025 at 9:08 pm

    I havent experienced anything…new tho

  25. @RPGMinty on April 5, 2025 at 9:09 pm

“Please go pay to see a nurse practitioner who will tell you all natural remedies are iffy and should not be trusted so then they can prescribe you medication that has adverse side effects in which you’ll need to go back and change medications”

  26. @raynmcdougall4722 on April 5, 2025 at 9:09 pm

Who is this woman talking on the video call it says nothing about her is she like an endocrinologist or something? They just put her on like she was speaking from a place of authority but I have no idea why I idea why I should care what she says.

  27. @ImmAngel on April 5, 2025 at 9:12 pm

Good morning America my ass more like good morning lies

  28. @sychophantt on April 5, 2025 at 9:12 pm

Worst advice ever- talk to your doctor before taking natural herbs

  29. @wolfgangwendland3352 on April 5, 2025 at 9:13 pm

Paid for by big pharma lmao

  30. @pamsnowberger1129 on April 5, 2025 at 9:13 pm

Big Pharma pays millions of dollars to advertise drugs on all tv channels. It makes perfect sense that these channels would be told to promote the idea that natural supplements don’t work or are harmful. It’s BS

  31. @whosthatgirl982 on April 5, 2025 at 9:13 pm

This stuff worked at first, but it changed my cycle and after 2 months it gave me panic attacks. I’ve been off the supplements for a few weeks and now I’m dealing with chronic insomnia for the last month. I’m a mom to 2 young kids and I’m lucky to get 2 to 4 hours of sleep. I’m hoping my body corrects itself. There are ppl on Reddit with similar experiences and I’m glad I’m not alone, but I am alone going through it irl.

  32. @PS-ej2xn on April 5, 2025 at 9:14 pm

Geez! Our dear American colleaguea will go to any extent to keep free money coming in. Guys and gals, Ashwagandha has been used successfully throughout the length and breadth of India for LITERALLY thousands of years. Stop the nonsensical scare and let people benefit if they can.

  33. @Muhluri on April 5, 2025 at 9:15 pm

It’s funny how the news never warns about the prescription medicine that doctors give to us

  34. @AL-rf2fr on April 5, 2025 at 9:15 pm

Talk to your Dr. these Phusicians know nothing about supplements , herbs only pushing pharm pills

  35. @brandonthegoat121 on April 5, 2025 at 9:17 pm

  38. @gerrieshapiro2147 on April 5, 2025 at 9:25 pm

It must really be better than drugs😂😂😂

  39. @brokenarrowez on April 5, 2025 at 9:26 pm

FDA is a joke. Primary Doctors too are a joke getting kicked back from pharmaceuticals .

  40. @evitam.7071 on April 5, 2025 at 9:27 pm

I tried 1 pill of 300mg Ashwagandha and I got a severe panic attack. I didn’t have any in months. I thought I was going to die. Dizziness, sweating, nausea… be careful.

    😢😢 Give me sleep

  43. @Mark-p6q3n on April 5, 2025 at 9:31 pm

Not being FDA approved is actually a GREAT thing!! The FDA is so corrupt it’s not even funny! Whatever the government tells you not to do, you should do the opposite! What you are watching here is corporate propaganda media at it’s finest!

  44. @Prettyinpink80627 on April 5, 2025 at 9:31 pm

I really didn’t feel any difference

  45. @Sensor-g7z on April 5, 2025 at 9:34 pm

It’s not ‘essentially’ a plant’. It is a plant. Stop using the word essentially. What is happening is a mass placebo effect. People take one pill and fire off a tik tok video 3 min later to tell the world about it’s dramatic (no existent) effect on their super important (meaningless) life. The biggest side effect is mass stupidity.

  46. @meursault7030 on April 5, 2025 at 9:38 pm

I love how American news has become this.
We don’t need to know what tik tockers are saying from you.

  47. @AL-rf2fr on April 5, 2025 at 9:39 pm

Look at the list of side effects from pharmaceutical drugs, the list is endless with some effects worse than what you have like suffering a stroke or heart attack

  48. @nylabrookes on April 5, 2025 at 9:39 pm

Anything to keep big pharma in business How dare you try to keep your self healthy without our medications with a 1000 warnings on the side effects! Yall the devil for real!! Dont listen to this BS your more likely to have worst side effects from medications.

  49. @grafterallday3763 on April 5, 2025 at 9:40 pm

Okay I used high stregnth Ashwagandha for few weeks, here is my sincere advise.
(NOTE: I TOOK IT WITH RESIHI)

    – It 110% demolished my anxiety/panic attacks to a point where I dont have to take Ashwagandha+Reishi anymore. Very high chance it might work for you.

    – I personally did feel little emotionless not sure how to describe it but I was unbelievably calm and wondered at timed if i will ever get angry (I could act angry but i couldnt feel anger), this subsided as I gradually reduced intake from daily to few times per week, and now I feel normal after 2/3 weeks without taking it, no more anxiety/panics either.

    – Drink a lot ! I definitely felt my brain/body was operating much better when I was hydrated well.

    – Dosage.. really important. Start small even if it comes in capsules, try 1/3 of a capsule, see how you feel. Before i stopped using it this is how I consumed and the emotionaless state was way way less, but anxiety was down to non existent.

Best of luck. FUCK big pharma.

ashwagandha lowers cortisol, so if you already have low cortisol it can make you feel even more lathargic. It’s for people who have anxiety and high cortisol.
