I dont meed anything besides creatine and protein powder for long session weightlifts. However citrulline is a big boost for swimming a fast mile or jogging 3 miles. Creatine is under 25 cents citrulline is under 25 cents but protein can break a high school kid. Six star is nice at 90 cents but the zinc is 100 percent per serving so be careful of going over the limit.

Donβt take magnesium and zinc at the same time, they compete for absorption. Also take D3 together with K2.
