My secret to running without getting tired

My secret to running without getting tired

Outside of just running more to increase endurance šŸ˜† – Running with proper form can help conserve energy and prevent fatigue. Efficient running mechanics include consciously lifting your foot up, utilizing your hamstrings, and striking down in a circular motion. So don’t scoot!

Doing so will reduce unnecessary energy expenditure and contribute to endurance. Additionally, proper form helps distribute the workload evenly across muscle groups, minimizing the risk of premature fatigue or injuryā€¼ļø

Happy Running!

This makes so much sense, just got back from a run and always find myself shuffling my legs instead of circulating them.

Drive with your knees, control the force down, land under hips, lwan forward at the ankles, breathe in through the mouth, push diaphragm out and breathe out through the mouth, pull diaphragm in.

  14. @juicebox11959 on August 10, 2025 at 7:10 am

I also try and to practice nose breathing as much as I can on long runs. It sets a natural low zone pace.

  19. @Cxdits on August 10, 2025 at 7:16 am

    Im 23 weigh 160 im 5’8

I smoke black and milds and i feel like i could run forever just did a 10k after 5 weeks of running coming from being on my ass for 8 months,

its the heel pain and shin pain that ruins my pace for the first 2.5 miles then I eventually just feel nothing and feel good asf running past the neighborhood milfs walking dogs and shit lmao.

Went for 2 weeks straight 2-3 miles than realized I was dumb for that and been going every 3rd day.

prolly should take 5 days off to fully heal but I really look forward to running makes me feel op.

only runners near me are 40 plus besides the occasional blounde but no guys my age running and lifting.

Did 2 marathons after being tired for 13 miles my body realized i ignored being tired so it started cramping everywhere. I realized i was not tired at all for the remainder of the race. I felt and mental wanted to bjt my body kept cramping ,all i could do was laugh like a maniac and keep strolling. I realized thats how old people feel, they want to move but pain stops them. Im seriously contemplating if i join this year

  21. @moses6248 on August 10, 2025 at 7:19 am

Really all about the breathing first and foremost. Everything else is truly secondary unless you’re like a million pounds lol

  31. @㔣 on August 10, 2025 at 7:32 am

As a runner for a year(i am still a kid),I found that relaxing yourself and let your body do it’s own thing is the best ,unlike intentionally moving your foot upwards or forward.Because at some state ,your body have muscle memory and can deal with it.What i did was relax my body, let my body move, focus on my breath and look forward.

  32. @hichamabraim8672 on August 10, 2025 at 7:32 am

  34. @oscarmejia6009 on August 10, 2025 at 7:34 am

Been running for abt 2.5 years now & this is something I wished I knew when I started, run ur own race and we are start from somewhere. I’m completely a nose breather and I originally started as a ā€œmouthā€breather ā€œ

  35. @Hunterrobinson-u4f on August 10, 2025 at 7:34 am

The way I use my feet is wrong, as in me overextending when I move my legs forward. Gotta keep my feet underneath me to stop my body mass. šŸƒšŸ»ā€ā™‚ļøā€āž”ļø

  36. @chasethezen9082 on August 10, 2025 at 7:35 am

100% agree, form is everything. I’ve been exploring a rhythm-based running style that focuses on breath, posture, and syncing to a beat. It’s wild how much more efficient and enjoyable the run becomes. Less strain, more flow, and way more fun!

  37. @bubbles_tv7670 on August 10, 2025 at 7:35 am

how do i reduce ankle pain when running. The pain goes away when i ignore it and keep running, but it’s just gonna hurt even more when im done.

  38. @juicebox11959 on August 10, 2025 at 7:36 am

Oh nice… I call it keeping my ankles loose and not using energy mid strike but it does feel like the foot rolls on the ankle joint. I’ve never known which is better for running. Keeping the ankles tight or lose

  39. @Backwoodsmaiden on August 10, 2025 at 7:37 am

285lbs here! I can do 150 pushups a day and every workout in the book but running is something new! I’m doing a 10k marathon and have 30 days to get better faster. I’m going into this new chapter no other choice!, I want to live long and be healthy but I need to accomplish this 10k with my two other friends who are better runners than me and lighter to be fair lol. Hey, I’m 285 pounds and no stranger to the gym—cranking out 150 push-ups a day and hitting every workout I know. But running? That’s a new one for me. I’ve got a 10K marathon in 30 days, and I’m jumping into this with everything I’ve got. My two friends, who are lighter and faster (no surprise there), are running it too, and I want to keep up. This isn’t just about the race—it’s about living healthier and longer. So, I’m asking for your best tips to run better and recover quick. If I ask yall for tips to run and recover rapidly would you guys give me only the best tips you’ve learned along your journey ?

Go to bed earlier, get off screens a few hours before bed, read before going to bed, and of course do training.
