    PREACH ON HOW TINY THESE GYMFLUENCERS ARE!! I hate in this industry that their ambassadors are people who are naturally born smaller than probably 95% of the population. Ppl like Hannah Pearson for example, yes she’s ripped and her bodies amazing, but I’m sorry 90% of that is her genetics. She has tinyyyy body and even her before pictures her glutes look like that.

    I feel this! I was lifting heavy and doing a lot of compound moves and my shoulders started getting wider…so this time around Im doing more reps without worrying about progressive overload with more isolated exercises…Didn’t like how progressive overload and compound moves where making my body look…my hips started getting smaller and shoulders wider…lost my curves…not into the too "toned" bodies where figures are straight and shoulders broader than their hips…
