Did you do any weight lifting or you did this transformation only from your YouTube channel videos your motivating me to finally start taking care of myself after having my second child but do I really need to do weights, I really don’t like that @growwithjo
Well no matter how I did I never lose weight , did everything but scale is just glued in place 84 kg
, am consistant am eating healthy
Am doing all miracles
Made tests FSH and hormones
No thing
I gave up
I just keep working out telling myself I don’t have to lose even myself respect if I can’t lose weight
So I do it out of self love
My friends tell me to go keto flow
But keto flow is killing me time and affects my ability to workout
Am a desperate 33 mom of 2
I lost a good amount of weight so far with Joe so close to giving up thinking there was no way after a baby..god saving women

I’m a 9yeat old and I’m 90ib I’m short and fat and don’t have a diet exercise is hard for me so I don’t know what to do
Between eating healthy and doing her workouts I have lost 28 pounds I was 200 pounds postpartum after having my 2nd child. It hasn’t been as easy losing this weight as it was with my first child. I’m now weighing in at 172 my goal is 150!

At a ten year old giel who has been told by several doctors I have fatty liver and if I don’t lose weight it could become worse the struggle is real sometime su look at other peaple eating junk and it’s hard to not eat but I just keep gaining although even just trying to lose weight is enougj

Jo i always see people saying they do your videos every day, and even in some of your titles. Ive attempted a 4:1 work out to rest day ratio sooo many times and i always experience extreme muscle fatigue about a month in. Im now two months into working out every other day and feeling great to keep going, but not seeing much results. Can i still get noticeable results only doing every other day? i swear my body just doesnt recover like everyone else’s
