I hate the way I look! I can’t lose the weight I put on and I’ve been lifting for almost 2 years now. I’m on the verge of giving up. I never thought I’d look like this! I always pray I don’t see anyone from my past because I’m so embarrassed of the weight gain.

Hi, Melissa. I have never tried creatine monohydrate, but I am thinking of adding it. However, I have heard of people gaining weight (water) and stomach issues like bloating. Should I be concerned?

I typically do black coffee and add my 5 gram of creatine in the mornings right after my supplement, which consist of nitric oxide, adrenal support, selenium, b-12, but d3/k2, this is usually taken at about 6:30 am and I start lifting at 7:30 3-4 x a week, then electrolytes-
Lunch (example) I do a mushroom packed anti-inflammatory broth.
I do from 7-10 walk typically in the evenings.
How does one find the time to walk that much .. I can only manage 30 mins usually :/
