Maybe my Walmart just didn’t have a super big Gatorade powder tins but the medium Gatorade powder tins at Walmart are a terrible deal compared to either of these considering ~60g of Gatorade powder is only like 300 mg of sodium

Neither one of them will do dextrose, or maltodextrin , poison in powder 👎🤮

Thanks for doing this without sponsorship. Your comments about sugar may have changed my life as I always figured 11 g was a lot. I’ll just cut out a dessert or two.

Soon as I clicked onto this video, I knew you were a runner looking at your refrigerator. It’s so nice to see a normal person with a kitchen behind them as opposed to a bunch of racks with equipment and running shoes and blah blah anyway, this is a great video. I’m a runner too.

Here’s my opinion.. I am zero processed foods zero sugar.. the claim from lmnt is that the salts and magnesium give you energy.. well now that I know what I didn’t know I’m asking whether it’s the carbohydrate in the maltodextrin.. not given that somebody was transparent with me I won’t use it anymore

If you’re an alcoholic and thank you, you’re going to take the liquid iv the next day.I think again, it’s going to kill your kidneys, and they’re going to shut down on you

Watermelon is my favorite liquid Iv flavor right next to grapefruit. To me the watermelon tastes like the rhine, its definitely not your typical watermelon flavor. And the grapefruit one (which is new i know) literally smells like the rhine from it.

I had blood work and a UA ran before liquid IV and after (drank it once a day for a month in between the blood work) my vitamin levels and UA was way better after liquid IV and my doctor told me to keep going with it. So I’m a liquid IV fan for ever now.

Potassium is actually supposed to be twice the amount of sodium. LMNT has it backwards.

I would have liked to see you compare the sugar-free Liquid IV to LMNT since LMNT is sugar-free. Therefore, it is more comparable to ingredients.

There isnt 2000% sodium in LMNT if you compare serving to serving. The math youre doing is if i added ~2.5 servings to the same volume of water or just consumed 16g of LMNT powder

The taste of these is okay, but I recently found Renewed Health’s real hydration and it tastes sooo good. Flavor is much better and ingredients are better too. They use REAL organic fruits and there’s amino acids in it too. Haven’t seen that anywhere else.
