I set my mind into walking just ten minutes after each meal on my treadmill. The magic thing that happened was, after every ten minutes I found myself walking way over 10 minutes. (use your phone to watch whatever you like while doing the walk). After a few days I found myself looking after my diet and lifting weights. Since I started I have lost 10 kilos in three and a half months. It is really true and good to commit everyday to sth easy to accomplish.
