For my players, I set up a rectangle with four cones that is 30 paces by 20 paces. They dribble full speed for a distance of 30 paces, then walk or jog a distance of 20 paces, then full speed, then walk/jog for one quarter game (17 minutes for U14). They count how many laps they complete in 17 minutes. They then do this on their own during the week and track their progress.
I do have problems when breathing in runs and I am always in pain after running so this can improve my running drills thank you so much …. Mr. John

from me personally, get some headphones put on a playlist and run untill u cant, jog till u cant, walk if u cant and keep doing this even if u have to rest start off with low 1-2k and gradually build up to a 5 or even 7k, goodluck.
