    The 2010 jak3d some people were up to 4 scoops at my gym . What I never liked about jak3d from that time is the first time you take it it’s like you hit numbers you didn’t hit on reps but after a few more times with jak3d and you have to have more and more to get the effect .

    The only thing I use pre workout for is after a long shift at work and I have to go to the gym when I don’t want to. It’s really an essential tool that’s overused. As you said it should only be used when we’re down and not ready to go and destroy our muscles.

    Me personally, i have 0 energy and i have never had energy all my life, born with depression and anxiety, therapists dont work right now on medicines for ADHD, Depression and high blood pressure, i would NEED something to even feel like doing anything, just getting out of bed in the morning takes like 50% of my daily energy…

    i work out sometimes without pre workout depending on when i workout. Other times i use half a scoop of my pre workout, works plenty well. But i agree if you NEED it to workout then maybe something you are doing is a problem. IDK i’m not a health pro, I just workout to keep in shape for my job.
