    My biggest anxiety is that I have no idea what to do at the gym. I have an injury I’m recovering from and my dr told me I should do light weight lifting. Ok, well tell me how? Lol

    Just remember everyone, losing weight is in the kitchen and gaining muscle is in the gym. They go hand in hand. You must be at a calorie deficit to lose weight and working out at the same time is so healthy and will definitely aid in the process of losing weight but also building muscle of course

    Ive been going to the gym for about 3 years now, but I’ve been really inconsistent about eating healthy and consciously to get better results so here I am starting a new chapter of discipline about nutrition ❤ btw i always feel that gym anxiety but now i can just get rid of it in a couple of minutes each day 😅😊
