My biggest anxiety is that I have no idea what to do at the gym. I have an injury I’m recovering from and my dr told me I should do light weight lifting. Ok, well tell me how? Lol
I’ve been consistent this whole month and I have no anxiety at the gym. My problem is binge eating and not eating high-sugar foods all the time. And also learning how to cook.

Hey yall, I’m a 13 year old girlie who wants to lose weight (I’m kinda overweight) cause I’m kinda self-conscious about my body and I wanna be more healthy. I’m in 8th grade and I have no access to a gym or a place to run (or buy a treadmill) could anyone give me tips? <3

Just remember everyone, losing weight is in the kitchen and gaining muscle is in the gym. They go hand in hand. You must be at a calorie deficit to lose weight and working out at the same time is so healthy and will definitely aid in the process of losing weight but also building muscle of course
