    But if u stop melatonin how tf u meant to sleep 😂😂 what ur saying is right I stared Sun for 5 minutes and suffered with sleep for like 3 days I had to get melotine prescribed and every time I took a bath there was a patch of yellow like when u see black spot but instead it was on any object I looked at for like 3 minutes or so Strange
