ive somehow lost 3kg, which is very fucking demotivating when im already aproaching annorexic numbers for my bmi.
He’s 100% right guys… before even thinking about starting to lift weights or try to do impressive poses in callisthenics. Make sure you don’t have your ego in the way, and have the right strength first please! You’re gonna hurt yourself otherwise.
Bro i strongly agree with this guy i wanted to transform so i started with body weight exercises and before i couldnt do one pushups but now i can do 10 and then i started weightlifting and it was easier than when i was weightlifting before the foundation
Well I got a 4 pack and bigger arms my chest has gotten a lot bigger since I started working out and eating more and I think my exposed ribs is a development thing so I’m in the middle rn

JUST EAT. If you think you’re eating alot, you prob arent eating enough or what you’re eating isnt calorie dense
