Plant based is not healthy
No loose skin, great ! Did you had flabby skin after weithloss and fix it with raw food ?..or not at all
Unfortunately, in menopause this type of diet can cause you to get very very dry..hair skin and everything else. Yes, you can build muscle and get thin but you will look 20 years older because high fiber diets decrease estrogen and when you’re in menopause, you don’t need that. Estrogen is a fat soluble hormone And you need high protein from lean sources. Beans don’t work, because it’s high fiber.
I eat the same way. It improved my struggle with diabetes (cut insulin by 50%) but in 100 days I’ve only lost 10 lbs. I eat all whole vegan foods and use no oils. I don’t feel deprived at all but I’m not dumpping weight as was her experience.

Thank you. Question: How do you not feel hungry all the time and not bloated & not have cravings with eating mostly plant-based? I’ve tried this method but very difficult to sustain with all the bloatin, low fat & low protein. Grains & legumes are REALLY harsh on my body & digestive system & skin & inflammation. Congratulations on your 70 lb weightloss & maintaining. I’ve lost 50 & maintaining but mostly animal based. It’s what’s helped curb my hunger, cravings & no bloat or cramping. You meals look AMAZING. And colorful. Culinary masterpieces. You’re also so beautiful. Thanks again for sharing.
Plant based diet is the worse. You need animal protein.
I was 303 coming home from having my son in October 2013, and then was 185 in April 2014, got up to 265 in October 2014(had another baby)
Got down to 152lbs in Summertime 2017, and then in February 2020 had another baby I was about 265

My Problem Is.. Now- Vegetables & Fruits- Whole Foods are Stupid Ridiculous expensive! I’ve started Buy More Frozen of Both.. I get 😮 when stuff goes Bad just 2 Days after bring home from grocery! Read article say Frozen Does Keep it’s nutritional value, not always As Tasty as Fresh but..hey.

Good luck whenn your in your 50s. 😅 all those starches will make you gain weight and cutting calories wont help. Neither with cardio. 😂
I once lost 7st in 6 months using Slimfast but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Your way is much better.
