HOW I GOT SHREDDED (no, i'm NOT a Fitness Influencer)
this is exactly how i was able to get SHREDDED, get to 10% BODY FAT and currently MAINTAIN this physique. this is my FULL JOURNEY over the last year of my fitness transformation and how it has impacted my life. i’m definitely NOT a fitness influencer, but this has been something that has truly allowed me to grow in so many different ways, become more creative and conquer my anxiety. i appreciate all the support over the years! here’s to waking up tomorrow and embracing the growth and journey that is this beautiful life.

THEN YOU SHOWER AND GET DRESSED FOR daily activities
Lunch Hour: 12pm
meat and a vegetable.
No Breads and No Pasta.
Dinner :
Protein Smoothie Drink.
you Total Calories Low
but your vitamins and minerals are in the smoothies .
The body cant store any excess into new fat cells.
after dinner. you can walk or do yoga .
you get lean in two weeks.

incredible. im 70 pounds overweight and i absolutely hate it. i used to be inshape and ripped. but my last semester at university was soooo stressful i was eating to ease my stress to the point i didn’t realize i was gaining so much.
i always say. everyone looks better skinny and it is absolutely true. 😂 i swear i miss my 6 pack waking up in the morning and feeling my abs was the one thing in life that was my guilty pleasure. 😂. but soon i plan on getting back in shape because ive just had enough of looking at myself. the me now still acts like the old me but my reflection i dont see the old me. soon ill be working on myself. soon.

This is a good positive video that’s not full of over complicated science talk lol. I’m currently around 28-30% body fat and I’m going through recomp, training to to gain muscle and eating cleaner and on a 300 calorie deficit to lose fat as well as 10k steps a day. So far it’s working so fingers crossed I can keep building muscle with progressive overload despite losing weight at the same time
who wants to scan food into an app every time they eat and weight food LOL, just go by feel, everyone knows deep down when they over eat, just listen to your body and do what feels right, this regimented way is no way to live life!

Clearly the guy has no kids. Going to the gym every day means either your wife stays home and clean and cook and does everything, or you pay someone to do it all. I pass from 255 to 185 in 2 years and I had no kids. Going to the gym and thinking of eating was my only issues in my life. Im not saying it’s impossible, but having 2 kids and no money to pay for someone cleaning and cooking, it’s almost impossible.

The apple watch is not really accurate to track calories burned. It really depends on so many factors. A normal person uses more than 300 calories/day just to think (some use less 😛 ). All the other functions in your body also consume calories and they are different from person to person. Some people can burn more if they have a health problem. Some burn more by default. My body usually burns about 1200 calories with zero steps, doing nothing at all. Just keeping my temperature at the normal level, digesting, moving blood around, blinking, thinking, having facial expressions, everything you do in life needs energy. The most effective way to lose weight is to burn at least 60% of the calories you eat thru exercise and let your body use the rest to take you into caloric deficit territory. Or if you don’t work out at all, just eat less than 1700 calories for men and 1400 for women. But working out will have a lot of health benefits on top of the weight loss, so I suggest you take that route. There’s no trick, just don’t cheat and be consistent. Nothing else works.
Fck all the calorie counting! Just do heavy intermittent fasting ie. bare minimum 16:8, ideally 20:4 or OMAD. Don’t eat like a pig. Way more effective and easier

Only 1:37 into this video and couldn’t help notice your hairline. I watch videos like this from time to time and I only hope you’re upfront and honest about your TRT/anabolic use. There’s no shame in it because regardless of what you’re taking that physique requires hard work, dedication and discipline. There are far too many fitness guys out there that create unrealistic expectation because they don’t share their PED use. A lot of people get discouraged thinking they can achieve these same results without having the full picture.

In Peru people don’t track the calories but instead eat healthier and keep busy from 5am to 9pm and look super lean and muscular . I myself was supper healthy while traveling there because I kept busy from 5:30 am and living in a 6th floor carrying my baby in and out the building 3 times a day and going to the gym in the morning and going to jiujitsu and MMA from 7pm to 9pm and It was super easy to be lean . If you don’t want to count your calories CUT SODA , CUT PROCESSED FOOD , CUT COOKIES AND PROCESSED JUICES . EAT HIGHT PROTEIN LOW CARBS MEALS ! I lose 65 pounds like that in 4 months … without tracking my calories … now that I’m kinda tracking to get the shredded effect if I cheat one day I work out twice a day ❤
