    What would you suggest in place of tofu? I’ve done research on soy products and their negative impact on women’s hormones and have been struggling with protein content that’s not soy

    Unless you have very good genetics the best way to get good gains on a vegan diet is gear. I was vegan 8 years and it was a lot easier for me when I added meat and eggs back into my diet. I don’t hate on veganism but most of these guys are on gear. That goes for 90% of fitness yt in general.

    I get deep into being a vegan for the health and life consciousness and it feels great but dude when I try to bulk up to 170-175 I can’t even get past 129 plz help me I feeo great but man I’m starting to be insecure about my body man Im 33 my son is 102.5 he’s 8 I weigh 129.3 😅😢

    Absolutely love this, but I have a question for you and something that you did not address in this video muscle mass is something that you build while you also live and you eat high protein food – tofu has bath and protein. My question for you is somebody who’s extremely built and probably has the answer in the video is how are you hitting your high grams of protein per day without overly doing it on your fat and carbs?

    So many young men focus only on protein as though it’s the only nutrient we need. It’s important to remember, we’re primates! We cannot be fully healthy without plenty of fruit, vegetables, pulses. But we absolutely can be fully healthy without meat and dairy.
