I need help with motivation, I wanna get a calisthenics body but I can’t gain weight and I’ve been working out for 2months n started doing 200pushups per day its day5 so far and I’m not seeing any progress. Should I take roads btw I’m 16
These kids at school have been literally just teasing me the whole month so I finally got into boxing and then they stopped😅 but then a year later I in elementary school by the way, my dad wanted me to try out soccer so he got me out of boxing. Next thing you know I tell him since we’re friends now they’re back on a bullying me. It’s summer now I’m gonna be in fifth grade so I finally think I’m gonna go back into boxing since I’m in fifth grade there’s no real punishment right for boxing in school😅

Wrong!!! You DO NOT do that on cement. Go do it on carpeted floor if you have to but NOT CEMENT.
