First off those dudes are most likely not natural and second there is a reason plant based protein isn’t great. Plant proteins are not a complete protein so you will be lacking essential amino acids which you’ll likely need to supplement for. Also being vegan is a huge health risks because you miss out on a lot of nutrients that the body needs. And don’t even get me started on meat substitutes. Promoting a vegan lifestyle is promoting bad health
