    Man plants are the best. Add Trader Joes peanut butter, organic bananas and blend up steel cut oats from trader Joes in a ninja blender to turn to powder then add baby water blend up and drink.

    Only eat 1 meal a day or at night but it has to be rich in high calories and nutrition that helps the body on a physical level and molecular.

    You will see your body be cut up and a nice slim waist.

    First off those dudes are most likely not natural and second there is a reason plant based protein isn’t great. Plant proteins are not a complete protein so you will be lacking essential amino acids which you’ll likely need to supplement for. Also being vegan is a huge health risks because you miss out on a lot of nutrients that the body needs. And don’t even get me started on meat substitutes. Promoting a vegan lifestyle is promoting bad health

    I eat meat what ever people want to do is up to them how ever a lot and I mean a lot of people that eat meat are so stupid in thinking we are the healthiest we are far from it however we can be healthy eating meat as long as we also eat the foods we are ment to be eating also.     Uh Almond milk and nutritional yeast seasoning gives you more than enough B12, and a simple tablespoon of blackstrap molasses gives you a 25% DV of iron. Stop calling us malnourished when we consume more vitamins and minerals in a day than the average person does in a week please!!😂
