    Im a 320ibs, 5"11, 20 yo male. I want to build muscle while losing belly fat, would i be better off just doing cardio for now or would lifting be good to and would pre workout be beneficial or would i be better without it?

    I’m a rookie to this whole thing, currently 215lbs I was at 237 pounds at start of February I’ve been working. I wanna know if pre-work out will help me lose weight…my thing is I work ten hours shifts and I train after that and I need to be able to sleep right after the gym so should I even think about trying pre workout? If so definitely a non caffeinated type right?

    Coach, im 54kg weight and have a glutes and belly fat, how much calories dose i need to burn fat?
    my hight is 160 and working out 5 days , i think its 2200 calories what i need?
    so if i eat 1700 dose i will burn fat without losing muscle?

    *I stand by SuperPump 250 old formula from 2008. I think you tried some at the time but the intensity was unreal. The heart rate was up and training was epic. Definitely burned more calories off me*
