I started in Jan with your 15 mins workout & in Feb I changed it up doing ur 21 min workout & sis im down 15 pounds and im so excited to do this workout in March to keep the workouts going. I have more energy and feel amazing approaching my 46 birthday(331). Thee only downfall is my hair lord it’s a sweaty mess every morning 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Keep the videos coming n the high Gang Gang energy too

This has been my morning routine for a couple weeks. I’m beginning to feel fit which is great 🎉
Im on Ozempic 6 weeks now and started walking with Jerrika 2 weeks now (to not sag) and this specific workout I could only get through 15mins and I would finish it in the evening bc I have 2 herniated disc in my lower back. Today I’m able to do the entire workout🎉. I’m tryna get down 75lbs just had 2 babies back to back, 3 surgeries in 2024 and my youngest turned 1 on Jan 2nd 2025. I’m choosing me now, I’m always in my post pardum depression funk. I hate how I look 😭. But since I started working out everyday consistently ,I feel more motivated and more energized. Everyone is noticing I’m losing weight. But I’m worried my booty is vanishing 😢.

My first time doing these exercises, and I love them! Only one suggestion, maybe a reminder while we are doing the exercises to breathe. Sometimes we have a tendency to not breathe or breathe correctly while doing cardio. Keep up the good work.
Just discovered you and did workout this morning. I really enjoy that you don’t do a lot of talking during workout…you just get moving. ait was a great workout. I’ll be doing this 3x a week instead of another walking workout I was doing.

I did this workout! It was so good for getting steps in as well burning some calories . So far , it’s only 166 , but I’m pushing through . This video really gave me a good sweat and it’s helping me reach my 10,000 step goal. Thank you Jerrika☺️

After 3 months I do a 7 days fast just with lemon water & ,coconut water mix cucumber together done fasting,I go back to my regular small 5 meals a day
