There is no need to cycle off creatine

  3. @raynewaters27 on March 11, 2025 at 6:01 pm

People here sating it does nothing need to understand not eceryone respond to creatine so some might take it amd just have more endurance nothing while someone else takes ot and puff up. Its all personal. If youre intrigued even try it and see how you respond.

  6. @redbrown7355 on March 11, 2025 at 6:03 pm

This is true. It also makes you stronger too. But you have to make sure to DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. And easy on the caffeine or you will pay the price with muscle cramps.

  9. @MikeKirkman on March 11, 2025 at 6:08 pm

This guy supplements 35 grams of creatine per day. Do I need to take that much to look as jacked as him?

  10. @truegrit2011 on March 11, 2025 at 6:10 pm

I agree with him 100%. Yes you need to work out hard and eat properly as well. That’s a given. However, depending on your genetics, creatine could be a good option. Some people with really high metabolisms have challenges building muscle mass no matter how much they eat. I used to be that way before I got older, and my metabolism slowed down. I found that creatine helped me during that period. Creatine isn’t that expensive either. I would think if you can afford a gym membership, you can afford a little creatine. I just paid 18 bucks for a large container of creatine monohydrate from naturebell on Amazon and it’s 100 servings. That’s plenty of creatine that will last me quite a long time. It’s a great quality creatine as well and I’ve seen excellent results from it.

  37. @Phoenix-HO15BSG on March 11, 2025 at 6:36 pm

SO true. Ever since I started taking it, everyone’s noticed my size. People at school have noticed – all the school students compliment my muscles and most of the teachers I come in contact with notice; and I get impressed stares on the street most of the time. It’s definitely worthwhile.

  38. @truegrit2011 on March 11, 2025 at 6:36 pm
