But the first recipe I wrote down – then bought all the ingredients – had SEVEN other ingredientsd including cumin, cinnamon, lemon juice, crushed garlic, a tsp of honey and one other I’ve forgotten. After two attempts, I gave up because of the time involved on a busy morning. Now you’rre telling us that just the chia seeds are enough to do much of what the original recipe you gave was meant to achieve. I also have not seen that original recipe in your compilation website again. wwwhat’s up doc?!

Here is a chia seed game changer: Soak them in warm water. Try it. I will never soak them in room temperature or cold water again.
