Omg. I’m hoping someone can help me out. I’m 5’2 and 220lbs. I’m very big. Of course I gained 50 lbs just during pregnancy with my baby girl. I had a horrible sweet tooth. So now I’m on my weight loss journey. I completely stopped drinking soda, I stopped eating sweets. My diet is pretty much eggs, rice (little amounts), fruit, yogurt, and cooked vegetables. 🥕 🌽 I’ve been drinking tons of water, and any 0 calorie drinks even if they taste kinda gross. I’ve been doing 1 half hour of speed walking and 1 half hour of a mini stepper workout with weights at least 5 times a week so that’s about an hour of cardio a day sometimes 7 times a week, I’m literally sweating my ass off and working my ass off. I have not been eating more, I’ve been exercising as much as possible, I do house cleaning as a job, so my job is very physical. And I’ve gained 7 pounds!!! What the fuck am I doing wrong??? It’s been a month that I’ve been doing this and I’ve gained weight. Someone help lol
Those are all natural foods eaten by Asians and Europeans who don’t have an obesity problem. Keep eating those foods with your highly processed diet and your ozempic you’ll be fine.
