    Potatoes are so filling. The trick is not frying or dousing it with a ton of fat, and not eating 2 cups of it.

    An average potato only has about 100-120 calories in it. For a pile of potatoes to have 7,000 calories, the pile would have to contain about 700 potatoes. That small pile there only had about 1,100 calories. Without the butter and sour cream.

    I made 4 meal prep things with 6 potatoes i roadted in the oven some meat, lettuce, culantro, and eggs

    Ans with that and some tinny meals i lost 8 pounds in less than a month

    Living proof is all over Scandinavia for potatoes and East Asia for rice. The problem is garbage refined food, not whole food carbs.

    Natural fruit is good for you in moderation and added sugar is not so good for you. Try to reduce granulated and unhealthy sugar from your diet.

    BROWN RICE, QUINOA, LENTILS, PINTO BEANS, CABBAGE, CAULIFLOWER, ONION, SALT. FRUIT OR HEALTHIER TREATS IN MODERATION. SUGAR DOES HORRIFIC FOR WEIGHT. ENJOY IT ONLY IN SPECIAL OCCASIONS. BETTER a boring life than a life with obesity, and bad cardiovscular sleep, and sleep apnea.

    Omg. I’m hoping someone can help me out. I’m 5’2 and 220lbs. I’m very big. Of course I gained 50 lbs just during pregnancy with my baby girl. I had a horrible sweet tooth. So now I’m on my weight loss journey. I completely stopped drinking soda, I stopped eating sweets. My diet is pretty much eggs, rice (little amounts), fruit, yogurt, and cooked vegetables. 🥕 🌽 I’ve been drinking tons of water, and any 0 calorie drinks even if they taste kinda gross. I’ve been doing 1 half hour of speed walking and 1 half hour of a mini stepper workout with weights at least 5 times a week so that’s about an hour of cardio a day sometimes 7 times a week, I’m literally sweating my ass off and working my ass off. I have not been eating more, I’ve been exercising as much as possible, I do house cleaning as a job, so my job is very physical. And I’ve gained 7 pounds!!! What the fuck am I doing wrong??? It’s been a month that I’ve been doing this and I’ve gained weight. Someone help lol

    Those are all natural foods eaten by Asians and Europeans who don’t have an obesity problem. Keep eating those foods with your highly processed diet and your ozempic you’ll be fine.
