    Love love your workouts. I am 80 days in and feel great. Have not stepped on a scale as it typically in the past kept me discouraged. However I know my body is changing by the way I look and how my clothes fit and I couldn’t be more happy about it!! Thank you for keeping me on track! ❤

    I’ve been doing cardio from 3 to 4 months … My wieght is just stuck now…the only cardio isn’t good for body
