But gymnast with bodybuilder biceps and shoulders have these muscle mass mostly from straight arm work like maltese iron cross, planche with supinated grip. You just have to use extreme levers to stimulate the muscles. They dont care what you do..

  3. @ProxJayy on April 27, 2025 at 10:32 pm

When I did calistetics I was I think 152-153lbs n as soon as I hopped into weights I was able to bench 185 it made me pretty damn strong but it was like I didn’t get mass just toned

  4. @luyllys2 on April 27, 2025 at 10:33 pm

  5. @LezarioMarshall on April 27, 2025 at 10:35 pm

  6. @jobladd9677 on April 27, 2025 at 10:36 pm

    Lies lies lies

  7. @scotthaselbauer4475 on April 27, 2025 at 10:37 pm

This false. Even if you do weights, the only way to get bigger is by being in a caloric surplus. If you in a caloric surplus and do calisthenics you will get jacked like guys in prison

  8. @bhaveshsoni1079 on April 27, 2025 at 10:37 pm

    So real advice
Because many calisthenics bodybuilders also do weight training, but they do not show it in their videos.

  9. @jaskiraatshah9445 on April 27, 2025 at 10:38 pm

I’d definitely prefer calisthenics cause it’s just way more fun than simple weightlifting and damn – calisthenics today has given me explosive core strength 😂😅

  10. @mrpink6022 on April 27, 2025 at 10:38 pm

    Gymnasts disagree……

  11. @NucIearWintR on April 27, 2025 at 10:38 pm

bro: “you wont get jacked doing calisthenics”
also bro: *shows jacked dude doing calisthenics*

  12. @levarhiggins6082 on April 27, 2025 at 10:38 pm

Then why are olympic gymnasts so shredded? All they do is bodyweight exercises they don’t touch weights

  13. @alcomns955 on April 27, 2025 at 10:38 pm

Just do weight calisthenics and keep improving 👍

  16. @jaystaxkzzz2708 on April 27, 2025 at 10:46 pm

I’ve been doing calisthenics for 2 years in total on and off, and I don’t look like the build shown in the vid I am more defined than that, but I ain’t huge tho, but that’s simply because I don’t eat like a bodybuilder, and I’m on/off when it comes to my eating.

  17. @northernsurvivalbackcountr4986 on April 27, 2025 at 10:46 pm

Those cons are jacked AF no weights in better shape than most people

  18. @Dwayne_not.the.rock.johnson on April 27, 2025 at 10:52 pm

  26. @ElLeonMed on April 27, 2025 at 10:58 pm

What if you fat doing calisthenics?

  27. @ODDMALTV on April 27, 2025 at 11:00 pm

You don’t no what you are talking about

  28. @dmitrimikrioukov5935 on April 27, 2025 at 11:00 pm

It depends on how you do it. For well over 80% of people, for example, it is virtually impossible to get to being able to do, say, 5 full supersets of 15 reps of pull-ups and dips with just 30 seconds in between.

  29. @FamilyGuyAi on April 27, 2025 at 11:01 pm

That’s where WEIGHTED Calisthenics come in what are on about 😂😂😂😂😂😂

  30. @GameMore-m9e on April 27, 2025 at 11:03 pm

    Add reps

  31. @senghbeh on April 27, 2025 at 11:06 pm

Not true. Tell that to those guys incarcerated. My uncle is constantly locked up in the California penal system, unfortunately and they took away the weight so all they have was calisthenics and when he gets out and he’s swoll as hell. He’s 70yrs old now. When he was 46 he looked like you homie all from pushups and pull ups

  32. @Russelthetrini on April 27, 2025 at 11:09 pm

You was on the juice though right ?

  33. @clipsbyjae on April 27, 2025 at 11:10 pm

Ive seen, and you can find them online, dudes super jacked doing calisthenics, yall forget they add weights to their work out, loke weight vest, this isn’t true

  34. @DavidAlonso-o3x on April 27, 2025 at 11:12 pm

  39. @timmuller459 on April 27, 2025 at 11:18 pm

The big guys always forget to mention that strength and muscle sizes don’t go hand in hand

  40. @hhhbgg982 on April 27, 2025 at 11:20 pm

    Or add more repetion

  41. @juliangonzales3609 on April 27, 2025 at 11:20 pm

Just eat in a surplus and do weighted calisthenics it keeps you hella mobile

  42. @stevenwilson8718 on April 27, 2025 at 11:22 pm

I did only bodyweight workouts for 3 years and got pretty fit for a 40 year old (profile pic). Im 6’1" and stayed around 162lbs but i couldn’t gain any more muscle size. I didnt start looking "jacked" till i added some body fat and started lifting weight. The last 4 years ive gone up from about 8% body fat to maybe 18% body fat and im now 192lbs and definitely look more jacked.

  43. @jasperwilliams5741 on April 27, 2025 at 11:23 pm

    Not true!!😂😂😂

  44. @WaterMeA-biscuit on April 27, 2025 at 11:25 pm

I find that a weighted vest is a good medium between Calisthenics and weightlifting and gives you enough of a challenge. For someone like me who has broken my wrist in the past, it’s difficult to do handstand pushups without pain.

  45. @Levelsthenics on April 27, 2025 at 11:25 pm

You don’t need muscle for strength, you just need consistency and disciplinarian

  46. @keanoallen-brown9050 on April 27, 2025 at 11:26 pm

don’t say can’t! it does take longer then weight but it is still very possible many people have done it

  47. @muhammedayaan8159 on April 27, 2025 at 11:26 pm

    This is just pure bs

  48. @Its_Ronan on April 27, 2025 at 11:27 pm

Or make it more challenging because yeah adding weight to calisthetincs makes you not gain more muscle its just when it gets easier you have to make it harder and of course we all know intake a good ammount of protein because all forms of workouts can work to tear and rebuild muscle

  49. @Jacked-v4u on April 27, 2025 at 11:28 pm

    Bro is just subjective😮

  50. @dotfonzarellyda-soul7358 on April 27, 2025 at 11:29 pm

No it’s really not a limit to callestinics more volume and more reps
