    Most black women aren’t her size so most will sweat during slow movements because of #1 heat the body is giving off, #2 the weight (your slow movements take 2x more work than hers), and #3 the body automatically detecting β€œoh we’re working out” *insert sweating*

    This is confirmation I was just thinking about this this morning because I got my silk press on a Wednesday and I said I at least can’t exercise until Monday. I will keep Pilates in mind.

    Luckily I have microlocs so the sweat doesn’t bother me at all (running for the win!!). I’m more a yogi than a pilates woman. πŸ’œπŸŽ΅
