    The shoe you already wearing was good
    As it has firmer midsole which is good for Weight lifting
    It is not a proper running shoe
    The proper running shoe has plush features which is not good for lifting
    Otherwise Puma shoe is good i use that shoe for lifting every day
    My squat lifting is close to 190kg
