Great video! I appreciate the honest discussion about when BCAAs are actually beneficial, especially for those with limited protein intake or doing endurance sports. This cleared up a lot of confusion!

Appreciate the honest and balanced overview! As a long-distance runner struggling to hit protein goals, this has definitely convinced me to give BCAAs a try to see if they aid in recovery.

Finally a nuanced take on BCAAs. Not necessary for gymbros already huffing down whey but endurance runners definitely could benefit from them.

I have Crohns disease, to me it’s hard to absorb all my food / drinks since my body doesn’t absorbed it all, using whey+ amino+ creatine and eating twice a full meal a day, upped my body from 60 – 80 kg in just more then a year. Maybe if u healthy it’s not necessary, but for me it works ❤
