2.INCLINE DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS
3.LAT PULLDOWN
4.BICEP CURL WITH BENCH INCLINED
5.FOREARM MACHINE
6.tricep cable
7.shrugs for trapz
8.goblet squats.
9.calfs..
Iam 18y old.. weight 75kg.
Idk my height but its pretty avg.(No diet for now.)
Takes rest day when feeling down.
Is this routine good?
As a rock climber I can tell you that the way you gripped the bar in the second picture will hit your forearms way more than in the first where you put your entire hand around the bar because now instead of you gripping to hard the bar is gripping hard for you because you need to keep your fingers locked in order to not slip, there is no way to grab it "loosely" if you are pulling actual weight.

For gods sake stop advising for loose grip, you need to strenghten your grip too just don’t pull too hard. Dont do it it’ll fuck up your elbow tendons

If i just "hook" with my fingers the tendons on the inside of your wrist will be strained and will use your inner forearm possibly injuring your tendons, they will NOT be able to keep up with your back muscles

I’ve learned not to take notice of YouTube "experts" who tell me I’m doing it all wrong. That’s because another YouTube "expert" will come along and contradict the first one, and a third "expert" will pop up and say the other two are wrong.If you want to know the right way to do these exercises, ask your PT.
