An Anti-Inflammatory Drink Your Body Needs | How to make Jamu Juice for inflammation & more

An Anti-inflammatory Drink Your Body Needs.
This amazing health drink is made from curcumin a substance with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
When you don’t eat healthily, get enough physical activity, or have too much stress, your body will create inflammation, which can cause many health issues.
I am showing you how to make Jamu juice.
This powerful anti-inflammatory Indonesian drink has been used in Indonesia for centuries. It is still being used as a natural medicine for almost every health issue.

This powerful tonic can boost your immune system, help with digestion, lower cholesterol, detoxify the liver and kidneys. It’s a known beauty booster. It can also help with menstrual problems.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh turmeric, sliced
1 finger length fresh ginger, sliced
4 cups coconut water
pinch of black pepper (for absorption)
squeeze of lemon
tablespoon of honey

Blend these ingredients together in a blender for 60 seconds. Then simmer on the stove for 10 minutes. Add a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of black pepper, and a tablespoon of honey. Remove from heat and strain into a glass bottle or jar.

Drink a shot of Jamu, hot or chilled, daily. One batch can last up to a week in the fridge. Shake before drinking. Enjoy!

I think that using enough water to boil it and then once cooled add your coconut water and lemon will provide more benefits.

my aunt did this and put soursap, a very small about because it messes with diabetes patients so a small amount. but i made some to see if my friend can lower his high blood pressure so he can stop taking meds. my aunt made it for a man and he took it for three months and his blood pressure went down, so i’m trying it.
