    my pooch won’t go away
    i’m 53 and i get so frustrated i incorporated 90-115 grams of protein a day scale isn’t budging
    doctor said to do more weight training than cardio
    i do cardio once a week and the other 4 days strength training

    Ok, I am 50, bu Γ±t dont understand menopause belly thing, is it still going to come? Though have small lower belly due to fibroid which i have decided to get eid of by fure by force … Still mensurating though, cabt wait for it to stop😒…

    I will try this from today, because this menopause weight is driving me crazy, i been doing long walks @8-10 steps, bit my weight is not moving and my joints are in pain, have to try something thats less painf😒😒😒
