Be sure to check with your doctor before starting supplements – especially ones with herbs. Also, I’m trying to find a greens product that ONLY has vegetables and fruits. Let me know if you know of one!

  2. @TigerDNF on June 7, 2025 at 1:27 am

Happy I found you , I have lupus and MCS, I have a hard time digesting fruits and vegetables, I am gluten free and many said AG 1, so I’m hoping you have advice also for best protein. I need protein and nutrition so I can’t eat a lot. Thanks Kat

Informative video. Thank you. What do you think of diy solutions for a better price? for example:
    -1 part Moringa
    -1 part Spirulina
    -1 part Baobab
    -1/4 part ginger powder
    -Add sweetner

  4. @Jameywells777 on June 7, 2025 at 1:34 am

AG1 is a COMPLETELY BOGUS PRODUCT !!! This bullshit cause me to have an Intestinal Blockage.

  5. @bribnkr13 on June 7, 2025 at 1:34 am

Any chance you could take a look at the Arbonne greens balance?

  6. @kmichaelewis on June 7, 2025 at 1:35 am

How does Moringa powder match up in this topic 😊

  7. @yaya4061 on June 7, 2025 at 1:36 am

If you do a part 2, can you try out Revive’s Daily Greens supplement?

  8. @Unknownhumans45 on June 7, 2025 at 1:38 am

i live in a place that greens and fruits awful expensive and also don’t have land to grow my own foods so this is my convenience best for me. It works for me feel fresh and energized i also eat fish and lean meat i am no vegetarian…

  9. @Theinvisiblehippie on June 7, 2025 at 1:43 am

  10. @jd218 on June 7, 2025 at 1:44 am

Cat I noticed your nice trap development on your non hair covered side, are you a barbell lady?

  11. @mannyruiz8493 on June 7, 2025 at 1:45 am

There’s no proof of antioxidants being healthful

  12. @michelesalter9564 on June 7, 2025 at 1:46 am

This was great information and coincidentally I had purchased Enso after a fair amount of research. It was nice to know that I picked a great green. I have been using Trader Joe Organic Watermelon and Cucumber juice with the greens and it is delicious. I use half juice and water. Anyway……thank you! Found you from DeeCee’s channel 🎉❤

  13. @CJ-ft9yo on June 7, 2025 at 1:47 am

Why speak so quickly, and loudly with this staccato edit ? Vexing to the soul.

  14. @truthseekers8528 on June 7, 2025 at 1:48 am

Show us the proof how can I trust you if you can’t reverse your vision problem? When nikola Tesla said something he showed people with incontrovertible proof people can’t do that anymore they sound like robots with meaningless degrees just chatting gibberish. It’s like going to the dermatologist for hair problems and the dermatologist is bald!!! Get out of town!!

  15. @MochiChuru on June 7, 2025 at 1:50 am

Can’t say this review is helpful because it doesn’t go into the details of whether it had positive health benefits and comparison of pros/cons after certain weeks/months of use. Only focuses on taste, ingredients..

  16. @oliviaj_speaks on June 7, 2025 at 1:51 am

Thank You! Just tried my Enso shipment today and I was surprised it had a mint after taste. And I agree on adding some fruit, that would be nice.

  17. @jeeither on June 7, 2025 at 1:51 am

I just started the Enso/Live It Up Greens today and I found it absolutely disgusting. I’d definitely prefer the grassy taste to this weird minty taste. But I like that it’s not artificially sweetened so I’m going to finish the package. Not sure if I’ll continue when it’s finished, I guess it’ll depend on how I feel when it’s over.

  18. @freedomofreligion3248 on June 7, 2025 at 1:52 am

Yes, the jump cuts made me feel there could be something wrong w my brain (besides what I already knew).

  19. @aprilalfano3904 on June 7, 2025 at 1:52 am

What are your thoughts on Alanis Nu super greens??

  20. @JacquesTreehorn on June 7, 2025 at 1:52 am

I don’t like them fortified with a multivitamin. If you already take a multivitamin or supplements then you may be getting way over the RDA and close to the UL for them. I am also not interested in the ones with fiber. If you are already taking Metamucil you really don’t want to go over 7g of dietary fiber supplements. Be careful with these if you are already supplementing.

  21. @DavidJones-pv8zz on June 7, 2025 at 1:52 am

Maltodextrin is in the enzyme blend because manufacturers use fillers and other ingredients as carriers…Usually probiotics also have maltodextrin in it…I don’t think Bloom added maltodextrin intentionally it’s just how supplement sourcing works

  22. @camcam794 on June 7, 2025 at 1:54 am

I have ulcerative colitis, so raw fruits, and vegetables are really hard for me to digest. so I’ve been looking for a green supplement! Thank you for the helpful video!

  23. @Destinyofhearts on June 7, 2025 at 1:54 am

    Have u tried cymbiotikagreens?

  24. @Anythingforfreedom on June 7, 2025 at 1:55 am

Hashimodos sounds like cultural appropriation because you don’t look Hatian. You want Meximodos.

  25. @zoomfx777 on June 7, 2025 at 1:55 am

The jump cutting of video was too severe to watch the entire piece. I clicked away at AG1 supplement. Thank you anyways.

  26. @richdiorio3650 on June 7, 2025 at 1:55 am

So several people I know rave about AG1. As you said it is very expensive. Out of all the other green products out there which one comes the closest to what AG1 offers at a better price? Or is there one green product that you would recommend over AG1? Thanks

  27. @earlenemason41 on June 7, 2025 at 1:57 am

    Green energy is my favorite

  28. @owenbowen2752 on June 7, 2025 at 2:00 am

so you wont say which one you think is the best. pointless me watching your sxxt video then isn’t it

  29. @bh9262 on June 7, 2025 at 2:00 am

Thank you for getting to the point without spending 45 minutes rambling. much appreciated! How do you know what percent of each item is in the proprietary blend? It could be 90% carrot and 10 percent everything else?

  30. @richtygart6855 on June 7, 2025 at 2:00 am

I drink them everyday but they taste like a loogie

  31. @DeWarrenSmith on June 7, 2025 at 2:01 am

Her traps are trappin’ Lovin’ those trap muscles

  32. @Resist4 on June 7, 2025 at 2:02 am

Why can’t green supplements take the place of actually greens, when they provide more nutrients? You made me dizzy moving your hands around so much.

  33. @ChantelStays on June 7, 2025 at 2:03 am

Wait a minute.. no mushrooms if autoimmune 😮 but… Don’t mushrooms support the adrenal and endocrine system as well as lowering inflammation ?

    I wonder if I’ve been destroying myself…

  34. @lovevaz on June 7, 2025 at 2:04 am

Thank you for not selling us and giving us your real opinion!

  35. @sincara7623 on June 7, 2025 at 2:05 am

Compared to people who buy and drink 4C powdered Iced Tea tubs this is much healthier.

  36. @inegma29 on June 7, 2025 at 2:06 am

The only green powder I know of that has Nutrition facts vs supplement facts on the back of the container is Field Of Greens.

  37. @williampennjr.4448 on June 7, 2025 at 2:09 am

I’ve heard peppermint is bad for hashimoto’s.

  38. @emmalarson on June 7, 2025 at 2:11 am

Damn….I’ve been drinking Bloom for months. Guess I’ll have to try a new brand.

  39. @eloisepharmacist on June 7, 2025 at 2:12 am

Thanks for mentioning the issues in regards mushrooms for people with autoimmune conditions. I mentioned this the other day, and not many people knew about it. "Boosting" the immune system isn’t always a good idea.

  40. @suemazrn on June 7, 2025 at 2:12 am

I appreciate this video as I currently take AG1 and enjoy it but wanted to hear your opinion on various greens supplements.

  41. @Jameywells777 on June 7, 2025 at 2:14 am

    Cat is really beautiful .

  42. @ancient1350 on June 7, 2025 at 2:17 am

None of these greens formulae are "the best" on the market. Not even close. Just popular, cookie cutter, mass marketed crap. For instance, AG1 fails on every heavy metal/contaminents test and is known for being severely underdosed. (In fact, almost ALL greens formulae fail heavy metal, environmental, and plant toxins tests. Even the "organic" ones).

These pop brands are for fitness/health LARPers, allowing them to pretend they’re doing something proactive while keeping them on an economic treadmill
Nobody seriously into health and fitness, client or practitioner side, uses these gen pop products .

Here’s a little experiment for anyone who wants to get acquainted with reality:
Go out and buy all the single ingredients in your fave formula. (It’ll cost from 300 to 500 dollars depending on sourcing. And Yes, I’ve done it for multiple greens and protein formulae).
Then, go research and note the efficacious clinical doses for each ingredient.
Then, go make your own greens formula using proper dosing, and compare it to what you’re getting from these mass marketed products.
Welcome back to the real world.

  43. @christmassno on June 7, 2025 at 2:17 am

My favorite is core nutritionals greens berry flavored… the flavor is awesome and helped with my constipation issues within a day. AG1 i feel is overated, the taste is off to me

  44. @FititinFitnessandDIY on June 7, 2025 at 2:19 am

I think this one was reviewed in the past. Rawrlife superfoods. They are free of alfalfa, soy, corn, and gluten. Certified organic with prebiotics, digestive enzymes, and probiotics. No alfalfa due to autoimmune issues.

  45. @dhp5814 on June 7, 2025 at 2:21 am

It is gross and they put you on auto ship without your consent. Also can’t return product.

  46. @MRSTEEL15 on June 7, 2025 at 2:22 am

We need to find a product with little to none HEAVY METAL content….Which is your preference?

  47. @OMY2FYB on June 7, 2025 at 2:24 am

so which one is the best?

  48. @CChaoSheng on June 7, 2025 at 2:24 am

I have seen a multitude of studies that indicate many varieties of mushroom that are amazing for immunity..with no recommendations to limiting dose. Would be interested to see what studies your basing this recc. on

  49. @13salinaspride on June 7, 2025 at 2:24 am

U should do a review on green freaks

  50. @FeztheGoat on June 7, 2025 at 2:24 am
