the first couple days you will gain some fat before your body goes into ketosis. Also you may get what’s called the Keto flu, so days 2-5 often make you feel like shit.
Once you are in ketosis though, all that fat will be turned into energy.

I do this but less psychopathic…
6 egg plus a peace of bread and cheese
Then I cook 500g of chicken or beef split into 2 meals lunch and dinner with vegetables make 2 large burrito
Fat free high protein yogurt
I also have snacks like baked crisp
This costs less that 10 a day
Body fat and water weight. Would rather lose body fat than water weight

Anyone that consumes no carbohydrates has absolutely zero energy and zero muscle mass, or they will eventually have zero energy and zero muscle mass, without carbohydrates. We have continuously prayed on people with all of this BS. I’ve been in the industry for 25 years, and all you need to do is eat Whole Foods and move more. You don’t even need to watch your carbs if you’re eating Whole Foods… anyone who says you do is insane.

These crash diets put a lot of pressure on liver, pancreas and kidneys. You might loose weight but its dangerous

Personally I could never just do a carnivore diet props to you! I have to have my veggies and fruits in the mix. IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT CUT OUT PROCESSED FOODS AND ADDED SUGARS. that’ll give you a good start.
